I fear my own priesthood!

On the day when I received the gift of priesthood,
I held it with a tremor in my palms
not realizing what was happening.
After all, it’s not about my ministry
I am to carry out,
but something far more beyond it.
I am not only to tell all people put on my way
about God.
I am to give them God,
I am to guide them to  s a n c t i t y.
Such was the sense of my
priesthood gift as I saw it.
